The SRA, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), actively implements the Human Resource Development Program. The industry’s organizations such as the Mill District Development Councils, mills, refineries, bioethanol distilleries, planters associations and block farms continue as SRA’s partners in increasing the number of professionals in several fields of discipline and upgrading the skills of sugarcane farmers and workers.
